The client had already started developing their first MVP version with a local provider, but well into the project they made the decision to search for a new development team. They came across our company profile on Clutch and finally selected us to continue developing their solution. First, we had to evaluate the existing code base, and decide whether to start over development from scratch, or continue to move forward from where the previous team left off. We finally decided to work with the existing code, do the necessary refactoring work and develop the remaining features in order to get the MVP on the market as fast as possible (without sacrificing quality).
